William has to be careful because he has haemophilia and that he doesn't get a bleed.   Being an energetic four-year-old who loves the freedom of splashing in the water,  he and his family thought a swimming pool would be a wonderful wish for him and one they could all enjoy for many years to come.  Now, if only summer were longer!
