Welcome to the newly redesigned website of The Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada. We are Canada’s largest wish granting organization, with over 18,000 wishes granted to date. Over the past 25 years we’ve met thousands of Canadians whose stories have profoundly touched us, from wish children and their parents to healthcare workers and regular people like you and me who just want to help.

Within the pages of this website, you’ll meet many of these people through our wish stories, success stories and spotlight on volunteers. You’ll also find many ways that you can get involved in your community.

From Exile Island to Wishmaker Walks and the many other events held throughout the year, there’s an opportunity for you and your family to help create the magic of a wish for a child with a life-threatening illness.

Children’s Wish has never denied an eligible child his or her wish, but we know that this is only possible thanks to the tremendous support of our volunteers, donors and partners.
