2011 marked Ayer’s Cliff Music Fest’s 17th anniversary. Since the beginning, Chrissie and Peter Mackey’s will has been to bring together musicians from every horizon to showcase the region’s talents.
A great number of activities are held, including auctions as part of the festivities. Through the years, the festival has acquired such a reputation that many families put it in their vacation plans. They come to spend time together, camp and celebrate!
Chrissie, Peter and the volunteers are also on another mission. They have it at heart to help grant a wish to a child living with a life threatening illness. And they have accomplished both missions with great success for the last 17 years!
This year was a record breaking year as almost $15,000 were raised and given to the Children’s Wish Foundation.
