Ludovic is only 5 years old, yet he eats everything, tastes everything and, above all, he loves to cook. His most heartfelt wish came to him while he was watching Les chefs on television. He dreams of cooking with Daniel Vézina, chef and co-owner of the famous Laurie Raphaël! At home, Ludovic – who suffers from Leukemia –, participates in meal preparations. His specialty? The “salade préférée” : corn, cucumber, crab stick, tomato, ketchup and mayonnaise.

On December 7, two weeks before his birthday and Christmas, he will realize his dream at the Laurie Raphaël in Québec City. On the menu: seafood pasta! Bon appétit and... Happy holidays!
