• Will be at the Moonlake Golf and Country Club, Tuesday June 12th
• Driving Range opens at 10:00 am
• Registration at 10:30 am
• Lunch at 11:30 am
• Shotgun Start at 12:15pm
• Rain or Shine 27 holes Texas Scramble

Individual Golf Fee: $250

Mail, Fax, or drop off your Registration Forms and Payment at the Children’s Wish Foundation Office (contact information at the bottom of this page). Payment is due with Registration.
